Fields Auto Body was established in the summer of 1969 by Micheal Fields. His wife, Nancy Fields, and a few of his
younger brothers worked at the shop for quite a while. Micheal’s brothers got out of the auto repair business and
some moved out of the area.
Over the years Fields Auto Body has established itself as one of the most respected shops anywhere in the area. The quality of repairs, the friendly atmosphere, the reasonable prices kept people coming back for all their repair needs.
Super big million dollar shops have since come to Corona and have contracted with many insurance companies to have customers “directed” to them. Many former Fields customers insist on bringing their cars to us despite the pressures from Insurance companies to take it to one of their DRP – Direct Repair – shops.
In February of 2003 Micheal Fields Sr. Passed away here in Corona on his way to work in the morning. His oldest son, Micheal Jr, who worked with his dad his whole life, has taken over the business and continues to operate the shop with the same dedication to his customers. His wife Katie is a school teacher here in Corona and their baby daughter Ainsley is at the shop every day helping her dad. Nancy still comes into the shop in the mornings to take care of some of the paperwork.

When you call or visit Fields, chances are you'll talk with Micheal Jr. Micheal is the owner of the business and takes care of the Estimating, the logistics of scheduling your repair service and other paperwork. If you need a rental vehicle while yours is being repaired he will call the rental car agency and arrange for you to be picked up.
His daughter Ainsley will also be here to greet you with an offering of her favorite toy and she’ll be glad to show you around the office and waiting room.
